Social Media Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  • For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to AIMREL Technology Limited whose Instagram handle is @theaimsquad. The "Prize" refers to the prizes detailed within the giveaway post.
  • By entering the giveaway competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Entries will open from the date the giveaway post is published and close on the final date specified within the giveaway post. Eight (8) winners will be selected at random across the duration of the campaign, with one (1) winner selected each week for a corresponding weekly prize.
  • Each entrant shall enter the competition via the rules specified on the Instagram post. Follow @theaimsquad, like the post, comment tagging a friend. Each valid comment containing a tagged Instagram user will count as one (1) additional entry into the competition.
  • Winners will be selected at random using a random generator from all eligible comment entries received. Selected winners will then be verified by The Promoter to ensure they have completed all mandatory entry requirements, including following @theaimsquad and liking the giveaway post. Entries that do not meet these requirements may be disqualified, and an alternative winner selected.
  • Once selected, winners will be removed from all remaining weekly prize draws and will not be eligible to win a second prize. Winners will be notified on or 1 day after the relevant weekly draw date through an Instagram post and Direct Message. Winners must respond within 7 days of being contacted, or The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  • Weekly winners will be selected every Friday starting 29th May 2026 until 17th July 2026 when the giveaway competition will finish.
  • Each weekly Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected eligible entrant via a random generator. The Promoter will not be held liable if any advertised Prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
  • The competition includes eight (8) prizes to be awarded across eight (8) weekly draws. Prizes include consumer technology products, gaming products, football-related experiences, personalised sports equipment, coaching experiences, and digital vouchers, as detailed within the giveaway post.
  • This giveaway is free to enter; no purchase is necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
  • The competition is open worldwide to eligible entrants aged 13 years or over, except where prohibited or restricted by law. The competition is not open to residents of Brazil, Italy, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, India, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, Quebec (Canada), or any other jurisdiction subject to applicable sanctions or promotional restrictions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or prize fulfilment where participation would breach any applicable law or regulation.
  • Entrants must be aged 13 years or over on the date of entry. Entrants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter the competition. If an entrant under 18 is selected as a winner, The Promoter reserves the right to contact the winner's parent or legal guardian to verify consent prior to awarding the Prize.
  • Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
  • The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are invalid for not completing all rules outlined.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter's liability under or in connection with the competition, or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost of the Prize in question.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant, even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and The Promoter, whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
  • Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, The Promoter reserves the right to substitute that Prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
  • Only @theaimsquad will contact the winner. We will never ask for payment details or personal information aside from what is required for prize delivery. If in doubt, please check the giveaway date and Instagram handle.
  • The name, address, email address of the winner and/or their parent or legal guardian may be requested by The Promoter and will be used solely for the purpose of administering and fulfilling the Prize.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter's reasonable control, The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
  • The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  • The winner's social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promoter after the winner has been selected.
  • These conditions will not be changed once the giveaway has started.
